Managing ERP projects is a complex task that has to be executed in a systematic way. The life cycle of such project consists of a number of phases, namely:
• the phase of selecting the ERP system (pre-implementation)
• the phase of implementing the ERP system and
• the operation phase (post-implementation).
This chapter will present analytically these phases, along with the tasks and the critical sucess factors in such kind of projects.
